This week Patti wants us to take a look at things from a different perspective…looking up, down and all around.
Looking up at the seagulls taking off.
Niagara Falls from onboard The Maid of the Mist.
The Federal Building from across the street in downtown Pittsburgh.
Looking down at the beach on the coast of the Pacific Ocean in California.
And the University of Pittsburgh Cathedral of Learning that showed up in my car mirror while I was at a red light. I had to grab my phone in a hurry to get the shot before the light changed.
Thanks to Patti for this week’s Lens Artists Challenge theme.
Enjoyed seeing your pictures, especially like the first one with the gulls!
Glad you liked them…thanks for stopping by Sylvia.
Pretty shots – Niagara Falls is so amazing!
Thanks M.B…love taking shots at the falls.
Wonderful shots, Andy. Your varying perspectives are great. I especially like the shot in the mirror.
Thanks Patti, appreciate the comment. Good idea for this week’s challenge 🙂
Thanks!
Excellent variety. Quick thinking on that car mirror shot. Well done.
Thanks John, it was framed just right, couldn’t pass it up.
Interesting choices – really loved the mirror shot!
Thanks AC…appreciate the comment 🙂
🙂
Very clever Andy – loved the shot in the mirror. Hope you beat the light as PGH drivers are not especially fond of one who lingers LOL. As for the gulls, they can be greedy little buggers but they definitely add interest to any scene don’t they?
Thanks Tina, managed to get the shot before they started hitting the horns…lol. Agree, the gulls are a nice touch to any shot and I was just hoping they didn’t drop anything as they flew overhead if you know what I mean 🙂
LOL, hadn’t thought of that. Got hit one morning years ago on my way to the subway to get to work. No tissues, no comb. It’s wasn’t a pretty sight!!!
Oh, not a good way to start your day!
The Niagara Falls capture is stunning! I love the shot of the Pittsburgh Cathedral of Learning from you car mirror, very cool.
Thanks Amy…
