Here’s a shot of the 65-room Tudor Revival Manor House.
The color of these awnings really get your attention.

This zen garden was amazing…

A nice pond and a cool little private seating area.

Seemed like the displays of nature were never-ending.
And of course there were bursts of color everywhere. You can really get lost in the moment with your camera in this place…so much to see.

  5. What a beautiful spot Andy. It reminds me a bit of the Biltmore Mansion in nearby NC, also exquisite with beautiful gardens. One wonders what they DID in those days with 65 rooms! It looks like someone still lives in the house because the awnings look so fresh and new, but I’m assuming not. Especially liked your image of the path.

    • I wondered how they came up with 65 rooms? Why not 50 or 70 rooms…lol. No one lives there now Tina, they just do tours, weddings and some business functions.
